The Assisted Living program provides personal care services needed by a resident, based on an individual assessment.

- Carpet in living/dining and bedroom areas
- Refrigerator included in all kitchens
- Emergency response call system
- Smoke and heat detectors
- Cable TV
- Water and sewer included

Security and safety: For your complete security and safety, Clemson Downs offers:
- Personal one-touch emergency response pager
- Caring staff available on unit 24 hours a day
- Bath and hand rails
- Smoke and fire alarms
- Fire sprinkler system
For an all-inclusive monthly fee and a security deposit, you'll receive everything included in your Care Plan, plus:
- Three homemade meals each day served to you in our dining room
- Activity Program including access to chaperoned activities off campus
- Weekly housekeeping and laundry service
- Spacious common areas, including living room and library area
- Light housekeeping daily
