Clemson Downs offers gracious living with a choice of nine apartment types, a variety of exciting activities to enhance body, mind, and spirit, as well as epicurean delights in our dining room.
We are pleased to present the following advantages and accommodations included in our monthly rental fee:
- Patio or terrace for each apartment
- One full course meal daily in the dining room
- Separate inside storage space for surplus articles
- Laundry rooms with complimentary washers and dryers
- All buildings have entrances at ground level
- Elevator service
- Electric exterior doors
- Thermal-panel windows and patio doors
- Individual locked mail boxes
- Covered walkways
- Assist rails and wide doorways
- Interior and exterior maintenance
- Trash removal
- Lighted parking area
- Flower and vegetable gardening spaces
- Wide hallways and lobbies to provide increased privacy
- Van transportation to local stores scheduled twice weekly
- Personnel in adjacent building 24 hours daily for emergencies
- Variety of activities provided by full time Activity Director
